I’m a senior People and Organisational Development professional, most recently part of the senior leadership team of an ambitious and rapidly growing national professional services firm. During the past 20 years, I’ve held a number of senior HR roles and I am also a business owner.
I’m passionate about the difference pragmatic and commercial people strategy and operational practices can make to a growing and ambitious organisation. My focus is on helping business owners and senior leaders to continuously develop and deliver this strategy in line with their goals.
My specialism is culture and engagement and helping a business to be more profitable through its people. I support business leaders through the tough people decisions that they have to make, with a pragmatic and commercial approach.
